Embarrassing Bio Problem

Hey Bluelight, I'm having a embarrassing Problem. Little about my self, I'm currently a x stimulant abuser. It has been about 3 months since I used anything stronger then coffee. I'm having a issue in where I have bowl movements, but after I still feel full and pressure down there. When I go to sit down I have minor urine leaks )= sick blah embarrassing. I tired everything from colon cleansing to eating a strict healthy diet full of fiber, fruits and veggies along with lots of water.

I still drink heavy coffee because of my past stimulant abuse I feel tired with out it. I do lower body exercise in the morning, upper body at night.

What conditions can cause my symptoms, Its so bad to the point people can notice with the funky smell )=. I'm only 21 and these problems started after my stim abuse (mostly heavy meth use. I'm due for rehab in a month and I really don't want to go in there like that. I went to my doctor several times about this but he is one of the old school type on my parents medical plan, he knows about my drug use so every time i tell him about this problem he assumes Its because i'm high so he just says "stop useing" Eat right etc.

If anyone with prior stim abuse has every had this issues and give me a few health tips, that would be great. I'm anti social because of this. I would really hate if It was a problem that required surgery or something drastic. Because if I try to push or force whats left after the bowl movement, light blood leaks, could it just be hemroids or some kind of damage that was not taken care off when I was getting high?

What happens if you don't drink coffee? I find coffee always makes me want to shit. For this reason I far prefer tea, it still has plenty of caffeine in it but it's released more slowly, and doesn't give me any bowel problems.
 
If i dont drink coffee I feel very weak tired. I'm just worried leaking urine is not normal for my age and it sooo embarrassing to talk about it )=.
 
You need to go to another doctor. That's crap, how he's just dismissing you like that. Where are you located?
 
Slight incontinence is associated with coffee and stimulants-- this is because of the bladder sphincter being weak, and the diuretic effect puts more strain on it. I suggest you try to lay off the coffee. This will leave you tired for a few days, but it's worth it.

People who have history of stim use usually have quite imbalanced adrenals, and have nervous conditions like anxiety. Coffee puts a strain on the adrenals further, as well as the kidneys, and encourages more anxiety. I know it is difficult, because this makes you more tired as a result, but you do need to stop and give your body some good rest. It will take a bit to normalize, but give it a shot. Try to nourish your adrenals as well with basil (holy basil is the best for this-- try looking for "tulsi" tea if you have it.)

Anyone who has had a crap dependence on caffeine experiences a loss of normal reflex to pass. High levels of caffeine also have a dehydrating effect, so while you are getting off them, try to drink loads of water (not directly before or after your meals as you may dilute your enzymes).

Coffee is great once in awhile, and so long as you don't have a dependence on it. I try to take mine with cream/coconut cream always, as I find it lessens the "edge" and makes for a less acidic drink. It is not good when you are crashing or trying to get off a substance.

After an addiction, try to get ample rest and water, go for things that soothe your body (warm and rich vegetable dishes that are easy to chew are not a bad idea, or think chicken soup sort of things, and yes, chew your food well). Once your adrenals are chilled out a bit and you are more grounded and have more energy, you can begin to eat the more difficult to digest foods.
 
^ that still leaves the light rectal bleeding, though, the sense of incomplete bowel movements/straining ("tenesmus" is what those medical people call it, I think), and the smell he described.

I frankly don't know enough to say, but this sounds like something to sit down and talk about with your doctor. I understand that he may at first want to assume you're using some type of drug that would explain the symptoms. And I understand that he will then want to simply blame it on diet.

But, you need to insist that you aren't using, express a willingness to take a test to prove it, explain that you have been following the dietary program, and really emphasize the bleeding and smell. I don't see how he can avoid exploring other causes himself, or referring you to a specialist.
 
I had the impression that the smells were from urine leaks...

Off the top of my head (which is not much as opposed to medical opinion from a doctor who can give you a real diagnosis), the bleeding could be from dry, impacted, and hard stool combined with constipation, especially if it is not present at the beginning of the bowel movement.

If your constipation continues after you drop caffeine, you may need to take other laxatives initially.
 
Before taking laxatives have you made any changes to your diet to help constipation? Try all bran for breakfast and eating high fibre fruits like prunes or dried figs etc. You can also buy powdered fibre tha you can add in food or even just a glass of water which might ease you loo breaks!
As for the urine leaks I suspect giving up coffee will help as others said, and I think it is really imperitive you see a doctor who will take you seriously about the urine leaks. There is quite a lot that can be done about incontinence these days but chances are you will need a test to work out what the plan of action will be.

All good points. I thought the smell referred to some type of bowel incontinence, though.

For those who are recovering from addictions and experiencing constipation, it would be better IMO to take fruits that are sweet, moist, not too astringent, that are easy to digest. Prunes are cool but dried figs may not help ease the type of constipation, which is very dry in itself (soaked dried fruits work well). Bran would be sort of difficult as well, especially if the digestion is still delicate. Ripe, fresh fruits are sort of a good package, as they have the moisture required to digest their respective fiber... go with peaches, ripe mangoes, stewed apples, etc.
 
Hey guys. I still need to see my doctor. I think I made a mistake the first month of clean time, All I was eating is fatty meats and fruit. I'm going to try a veggie diet. I been drinking alot of herbal teas and talking valerian root to help with the anxiety. But the smells are pretty foul to after I have a bowl movement. Does anyone also have a link to a website or can offer a good lower body work out routine that may help as well? I mean its hard for me to sit right. I take online classes and spend most of my day at home on the computer doing school work.

i would suggest stopping all stims (coffee = stim) for a few months, and see if your body normalizes, you no longer feel so tired, etc

you seem to leak after you push on your pee/poo muscles. which makes sense. do you pee at the same time that you poo? do you make sure to "tap it all out" of your dick after? some have to do more tapping than others if they don't want leaks :) i actually press against the bottom of the shaft, then go up, to the top, to get any extra juice in there out
